Capacitive sensors of the KHS series use the three-electrode measurement principle, thereby achieving increased actuation distances of up to 10 times above standards. However, their size remains relatively small.
Application:
They are used with priority in applications, where ordinary capacitive sensors cannot cope. Depending on the selected electronic evaluation module model, up to three trigger thresholds can be configured with one sensor – duplex and triplex modes of operation.
They find an app for recognition (detection) and counting objects, for level measurement of solids (dust, granulate) and liquid (water, oils, hot glues, graze, acids, etc.) materials.
